In order to keep me on track I have been using an app called Habit Tracker. Whether you want to drink more water, improve posture, breathe more, or hit the gym 3 times a week this app can not only remind you but it can also track your progress!

  • Buffer is an app designed to make social media posting and updating easy and time efficient. When using this app I am able to schedule in advanced the posts I would like to create on social platforms for that day or week. This is convenient for people who are busy with meetings and work throughout the day but also want to update and share with their friends and family! This app has made posting effortless for me and I am sure it will do the same for you!

Hours (free)

  • Hours is an app that helps organize your time and make sure you're optimizing each hour of your day. I use this when I have multiple projects that need my focus on any given day. This app is great for showing you exactly what you're spending your time on each day. I find this extremely valuable when reviewing my goals and determining if I am giving everything the proper attention. This app can be used on an apple phone, apple watch and even on your computer or handheld device since it is synced through icloud.

Finance

Clarity Money (free)

  • The Clarity Money app allows you to link all of your bank accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments to one app in order to show the user a visual of where money is being spent, how much is currently in each account and the activity on each account. It also shows you where you are spending the most money each month. It is extremely visual making it easy to check and assess. Clarity Money also shows you the recurring expenses charged each month.

Mindset

Positivity With Andrew Johnson ($2.99)

  • For those of you who are constantly stressed out (most of us) I suggest you check out this app. You can run sessions for a set time to practice meditation and deep relaxation exercises. I like to use this in either the mornings before I start my day or at night before I go to sleep. What I like about this app is it helps you slow down and be in the now. Completing a session leaves you with an overall feeling of clarity, gratefulness and relaxation. The session also leaves you in a state of positivity and I believe that specific state and one’s ability to intentionally return to that state of positivity is one of the most influential powers you can hone.

Happify (free)

  • Happify is the perfect app if youre looking to reduce stress, elevate optimism, focus on positivity, conquer negativity and boost self esteem. It is interactive and fun to use. I personally use it to express gratitude and gratefulness through the short exercises provided.

Education, Motivation And Inspiration

Blinkist ($4.99/month)

  • This may be the greatest app you download in 2018! Blinkist delivers brilliant audio summaries of all the books you want to consume but just don't have time to sit down for hours and read through. I use this when I am driving and getting ready for my day. The selection of books are vastly wide and include some of my favorite book topics like self-improvement and business development. This is a must have for 2018!

  • I love using Youtube to keep me motivated and on my game. I follow people who peak my intellectual interest. Youtube is a great app to sharpen your horizons and challenge your current belief systems. It is also a great place to learn new skills with the endless tutorials. Search for things that will challenge you and inspire you to make change in your own life. I follow people and channels like Tony Robbins, Charisma On Command and Tom Bilyeu.

Podcast (free)

  • Another free overlooked app that I have been utilizing in 2017 is the Podcast app. I use this when I am working out, when I am driving, and any other spare time I may have because it is extremely effortless to turn on and just listen to while I’m doing other things. I use this to learn new skills and learn about up and coming trends. It is a wealth of knowledge and it is a staple in keeping yourself up to date, involved, and educated.

Health

Think Dirty (free)

  • Think dirty is one of my favorite apps that I have been using in 2017. It is quick and easy and it can completely change the health of you and your family as you know it! Think Dirty is an app that scans commercially bought products to rate them on their meter of carcinogenicity, developmental & reproductive toxicity, and allergies & immunotoxicities. This includes lotions, cleaners, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, makeup and anything else that you can think of! Some of the harmful products I had in my house were absolutely terrifying. If you download any single app in 2018 make sure it’s this one!

Fooducate (free)

  • Fooducate is very similar to Think Dirty in the sense of it scans commercial products to test the level of safety and harm on the body. Fooducate scans food items and any type of produce in a grocery store to determine its nutrient information. I use this whenever I go to the grocery shopping and am unsure about a packaged product. Not only does it rank the food on a letter scale (I look for B- and better) but it can also give you some alternatives. With my background, I have an extensive understanding of ingredients and what they do in the body but I still find this extremely helpful when I have 20 options and I don't want to label check each and every one to find the best possible product. I can simply pick up one product, scan it and Fooducate will find the best alternative for me. If I can find this helpful so can you!

Fitness/Diet

Myfitnesspal, by Under Armor (free)

  • My Fitness Pal is great classic app for keeping you on track to reaching your caloric goals. You can add any nutritional goal into the tracker and they make it quick and easy to log your food and keep a journal of your progress! If you have struggled with sticking to a diet long enough to see progress this would be the app I would suggest for you.

Dr. Oz (free)

  • If you're looking for an in depth and thorough app with loads of helpful and useful information look no further. The Dr. Oz app is great for someone who has a diet or health goal but is unsure of how they are going to reach it. It is also great for people who want some new inspiration for recipes. The app even includes deetox plans, pegan plans, alzheimer's plans, weight loss plans, metabolism boosting plans, green smoothie cleanses, and sugar and caffeine detox plans just to name a few.
