New Trailer and Clip For FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Shows Society Going to Hell

The first two episodes of Fear the Walking Dead were boring as hell and completely uninteresting. I also don’t care for the characters at all: they are poorly developed and I have no interest in their lives. This show was constantly being marketed as a family drama, but this is one hell of a depressing family that I don’t care about, so when the zombie apocalypse hits, I wouldn’t care if they all died.

It looks like their deaths are coming a little bit closer because we see society really start to fall apart in this promo trailer that teases the upcoming new episode, which is called “The Dog.” It’s set to air on September 13th.

Are any of you enjoying this series so far? I’m hoping it gets better, but again, it's really hard to care for any of these characters we’ve been introduced to.

Living in the same universe as The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead is a gritty drama that explores the onset of the undead apocalypse through the lens of a fractured family. Set in a city where people come to escape, shield secrets, and bury their pasts, a mysterious outbreak threatens to disrupt what little stability high school guidance counselor Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) and English teacher Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis) have managed to assemble. The everyday pressure of blending two families while dealing with resentful, escapist, and strung out children takes a back seat when society begins to break down. A forced evolution, a necessary survival of the fittest takes hold, and our dysfunctional family must either reinvent themselves or embrace their darker histories.
