In November 2015, I made a 2nd visit to the Children's Cancer Unit of Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. On this visit I was able to capture some incredible moments that I will be sharing over the next few weeks to help share TLM's vision, mission and day to day life of the children receiving treatment. TLM (Tumaini La Maisha, which means Hope for Life) is an NGO caring for children with cancer in Tanzania. 8 years ago, the survival rate of the children was 5-10%. Today, that survival rate has increased fivefold: this week I will be sharing the survivor stories of Titus, Gema, Nuru, Mwanawetu, Alex, Aneth, Razaki and Atanasi. #wearetlm
