Meizu has unveiled a new entry-level smartphone featuring dual cameras, along with a followup to one of our favorite pairs of Bluetooth earbuds.

The Meizu M6 Note phone features a 5.5-inch display, 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, up to 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, a front 16 megapixel camera, and dual camera sensors of 12 megapixels and 5 megapixels respectively, around back.

The phone, which runs Meizu’s Android-based Flyme OS, is pretty light at 173g, thin at 8.35mm, and comes with a decent 4,000 mAh battery. It’s also running advanced photographic algorithms from imaging software company ArcSoft meant to enhance photos, reduce noise in low light, and make your selfies more beautiful... or so Meizu claims.

Also announced today are the improved Meizu EP-52 Bluetooth 4.1 (with Aptx) earbuds. They’re waterproof and have 8 hours of music playback on a single charge, or 150 hours of standby. Each earbud weighs only 3g and Meizu says the earbuds have clearer sound while maintaining the same heavy bass. One reporter from The Verge called the previous version, the Meizu EP-51, his perfect pair of wireless earbuds.

Meizu products are only available in China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, France, Italy, and a handful of other countries, but you can always source them from online retailers. The Meizu M6 Note 3GB/16GB, 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB versions will be sold for about $165, $195, and $255 respectively, while the EP-52 earbuds will sell for the local equivalent of $45.
