Peeled and seeded tomatoes, white onion sautéed in bacon fat with 6 cloves garlic, I added a cup of red wine, then simmered for 2 hours; during all that I had put 4 red bell peppers and one eggplant in crockpot to roast for 6 hours (the skins just slid off), chopped and added to tomatoes and onions, finally I added shredded frozen zucchini from a previous basket, left it all in the crockpot overnight. Summer veggie pasta sauce. #abundantharvest
