Enzyme: During the semester, we conducted a lab to demonstrate the presence of any enzyme catalase in potatoes. This lab also demonstrated how the enzyme reacted towards vinegar and in a heated sample of potatoes. This lab allowed be to have a better understanding about what catalase were and what it would do when exposed to different liquids (water and vinegar) and different type of potato form (extract potato and potato cube).
