7:20am - Gold Coast Trail, Chicago. Warming up... High 40's is great running weather, and this is one of my favorite trails. Along the water and out to the end of Navy Pier and back. The echoes of a thousand Seagulls across the harbor is distracting but good, since everything else is quiet.
