The reason I decided to make this dramatic change in my every day diet was basically because of the documentary movies on Netflix. Such as "What The Health" , "FOOD, INC." , "FOODMATTERS" etc. And I can tell you after almost being it for 3 weeks , I feel amazing. Meat always made me feel bloated, tired, sick, and went I would want to burn off the calories I just put into my body, it never seemed to be actually burning off because what we eat is so processed and chemicalized..
