The beer taps on the side are built from a jockey box. If you're not familiar with a jockey box, it's a simple concept. The keg is connected into a tube. The tube then connects to a stainless steel coil that wraps around itself over and over again. This cool is what's indie of the cooler, and is then submersed in ice. The goal is to cool the beer as much as possible from the time the beer comes out of the keg, to the time it comes out of the tap, so the longer the coil the better. My coils are about 120 feet long each. Plenty of time to get cold.
