Meet Jacinto Bonilla, a three-time CrossFit competitor, placing 8th, 17th, and 19th worldwide. Bonilla's rankings are all the more impressive when you consider his age: At 76, Bonilla is the world's oldest CrossFit competitor, going up against men who are decades younger. (He's not the only person over age 40 at the gym, though. See these 8 Reasons CrossFit Is Surprisingly Perfect For 40+.)

Every year he adds a rep to the CrossFit workout named for him—the "Jacinto Storm" was created on his 69th birthday. The routine is made up of six exercises—including squats, pull-ups, pushups, wall balls, kettlebell swings, and deadlifts done with a 95-pound weight—all capped off with a run. (For another amazing story of a septuagenarian athlete, check out Prevention's video on Ernestine Shepherd, the world's oldest female body builder.)

The Jacinto Storm is done in CrossFit gyms all around the world. Bonilla is a CrossFit instructor in Brooklyn, NY, and an inspiration to CrossFitters of all ages.
