Sleep is very important for rejuvenation and weight loss . I am the Cinderella at all parties and everyone knows that I vanish by 10.30 PM max. Being a early riser for years now I biological clock , commitment towards work and passion wakes me up bang at 5.15 AM even on weekends ! Inner engineering changed for life !
