The Game of Thrones Cast Reveals Who They Want on the Iron Throne

Winter has come on Game of Thrones, but we've got quite the long wait until we find out what that means. This means we're looking for ways to ease the pain. This week, a handful of the HBO show's cast members showed up to the Comic-Con panel in San Diego. The event was jam-packed with exciting moments, including a sneak peek of season seven, a hilarious new blooper reel, and a troubling quote from Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark. Our favorite part, though, might have been when the panel's guests revealed who they'd like to see on the Iron Throne at the end of the series. John Bradley-West (Samwell Tarly)

"It's hard . . . what if I'm right, someone flashes back to this, and JB spoils it all? Just out of pure loyalty, I'd say . . . Jon. Just because that means I may be there until the end."

Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei)

"I have to say Daenerys for the loyalty thing, she's a good girl, she can be very ferocious but she generally wants to care for people . . . but at the same time, I'm also excited for the Starks to come together, so who knows?"

Kristian Nairn (Hodor)

"I think the Throne's probably not going to be important by the end of the show. I think there will be a huge battle between the Night's King and Daeneyrs . . . I think Westeros deserves someone with honor and integrity, so I think Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) would be good."

Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark)

"I think I'd want Littlefinger on the Throne. I just think it'd be fun, it'd be quirky. Sadistic. We like that kind of thing. Come on, we all watch Game of Thrones."

Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Snow)

"I would melt the thing down and have a democracy."

Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark)

"I think we should have a four-pronged Stark dream team . . . with Bran just sitting in the corner with a tree."

Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos)
