There's nothing quite like a good nap -- but for most of us, an afternoon snooze is hard to come by.
There are obvious barriers to napping, like having to pick the kids up from school, tackle work deadlines or avoid the boss's watchful eye. There are more subtle snooze-stealers, like a lack of comfy seats in the office, incessant traffic noise or nowhere to rest your head.
It's this latter category that design and tech innovators aim to tackle with some of the most inventive, experimental and sometimes downright silly apparatuses the nap world has ever seen. Here are five that promise to make napping a piece of cake.

The Wrap-a-Nap blocks light and sound, and allows for "360 degrees of pillowy protection," according to its website. The WAN fits a variety of head sizes thanks to a hook and loop fastener.
