This photo is totally blurred, it has no specific focus. Normally this 'blur technique' is used when lights (i.e. City lights) are involved, but can be used for any photo. Making your photo blurred can make it very artistic, most photos look great when they are blurred AND when they are crisp. You can either use a filter to blur your photos or you can cover the camera with your hand and immediately after you remove your head, take the photo (this will not give the camera enough time to refocus). The easier and more effective way is using a blur filter, because covering the camera doesn't always work; however, for this photo I did use the covering camera technique. Whenever you take a photo and make it blurry always keep a version or take a photo where the scene/picture is crisp and clear because you never know which one you will like better.
