It’s a strange experience for a New Yorker, to find yourself in the Time Warner Center, which could almost be a replica of a suburban mall, except for three things: the presence of a gigantic statue of the female form complete with eye-level anatomy, the lack of a penny-littered fountain, and the top-tier restaurants on the third floor. We stopped by A Voce for a mid-afternoon refreshment, preferably one that matches our May cover, and what do you know, they had one! The “Rosé Crush” features one of our favorite liquids, plus enough fruit juice to recuperate the energy we lost on the exhaustive journey up those escalators. It’s a sweet, summery treat that pairs well with two sequel cocktails and an afternoon filled with retail therapy and idle gossip.
