TLM Survivor Story (1 of 8): Titus Kishindo, age 19 Titus was diagnosed with Osteo Sarcoma and had his right leg amputed above the knee. After 1 year, he had a local relapse and second operation to remove his hip. Today, Titus loves watching movies and studying. His dream: to become president of Tanzania. TLM (Tumaini La Maisha = Hope for Life) is an NGO caring for children with cancer in Tanzania. 8 years ago, the survival rate of for children was 5-10%.
