Berlin-based composer Nils Frahm has declared it Piano Day, a new annual celebration of the instrument that takes place on the 88th day of any year. (Instrument fact: a piano has 88 keys!) "Piano Day is intended to be the most joyful of all holidays," he writes. To celebrate, he's released an album called Solo via Erased Tapes. Download it for free here and listen to "Wall" above.
