It's always nice when a standup comedian hosts Saturday Night Live because the monologue is actually a monologue. It's the biggest audience any comedian will ever have to lay down their material, and they're not going to waste the opportunity by doing a bit with cast members.

Since standups tend to be controversial by nature, it's not surprising that they often use these 5-10 hallowed minutes in front of a live audience to cross a few lines. Earlier this season Chris Rock took on the Boston Marathon bombing, and last night, in the season finale, Louis C.K. both admitted to being a 'mild racist' (it's the best he could do after being raised in the '70s) and wondered how awesome molesting children must be for child molesters (hint: really awesome). Watch above.
