Aldo Sarabia García From The Recodo Band Found Dead With Gunshot To The Neck In Mazatlán

Mexican authorities in Mazatlan recovered García's body on early Wednesday, which showed bruises and a bullet wound to the neck. His wife, Alma Delia Chávez Guerrero and her lover, Yahir Alfredo Sandoval Estrada have been arrested for García's murder.

Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico - On Wednesday, Mexican authorities reported that Aldo Sarabia García, a member of the Recodo Band was found deceased around 2:00 a.m. and his body was in a stage of decomposition in Mazatlán. García had been reported missing on October 13. Recodo Band members believed that García had gone on a drinking spree and were expecting him to return.
Someone called that a decomposing body was near El Recodo community and when authorities went to the scene, they found García's body.
Mexican authorities in Mazatlán indicated, García's body showed bruises and had been fatally shot in the neck. Some reports suggest, García's body was mutilated.
Authorities have detained García's wife and meat market worker in connection with García's murder. Marco Antonio Higuera Gómez, the Sinaloa state Attorney General confirmed that the body of García had been found and that his wife, Alma Delia Chávez Guerrero and her lover, Yahir Alfredo Sandoval Estrada have been arrested for García's murder.
Both Guerrero and Sandoval are facing between 30 to 50 years each in prison, if convicted.
Gómez in a press conference stated, that García had just arrived at his home after a Recodo Band tour and was receive with flowers by his wife. He was then invited the next morning for breakfast at a local sea food restaurant.  As García entered a vehicle, Estrada who was hidden behind the rear vehicle then shot García in front of Guerrero. Apparently, Guerrero planned the murder.
Guerrero met Estrada about four months ago in a meat market in the port of Culiacán. Estrada worked as a meat cutter.
