The aftermath of a 2-alarm warehouse fire on Sunday seen today in pictures sent to us by Action News reporter Felix Cortez.
The fire burned several classic cars early Sunday morning on Industrial street in Salinas.
The Salinas fire department responded to the fire and it took about 2 hours to get it under control.
Eight firefighters, 6 fire engines and two ladder trucks were used along with mutual aid from the Monterey County Regional Fire department.
The fire was very intense and was visible from the outskirts of Salinas as a smoke plume rose.
No surrounding businesses were affected and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
