Omg. So I came to Cheevers for dessert let me tell you I had their homemade cherry sundried cheesecake ice cream. I almost jumped up & did a kart wheel on the bar. Lol. Now on to the sweet potato pie I really came for. The sweet potato pie was topped with spiced pecans, with a house made toasted marshmallow. This sweet potato pie had me calling home to heaven & thanking god. #i am the snack cake queen! It was so good that I need to call heaven & see if God himself would like a slice. I normally like my pie room temperature or slightly warm. The housemade toasted marshmallow is definitely not that kraft bagged stuff. Thank you "fairy marshmallow maker" for your vision! The pie crust had a darker brown crust. The pie Is slightly sweet, but just right because the cherry ice cream so compliments the pie very well. Lastly in summary, I would like to firmly think someone's grandmother is in the back making these sweet potato pies with so much love. That's my assumption & I'm sticking to it.
