"Hair usually balances that by being more subdued, natural, and softer in both texture and color." Similarly, Erica Liang, colorist at Frédéric Fekkai 5th Avenue, predicts plenty of dark (aka easy to maintain) shades of brown, and rooty blonde hues that are inherently low-maintenance.
