In the #3DPrintetByggeri project at #TeknologiskInstitut, we are carrying out experiments to access the interface between layers in #3DConcretePrinting elements. The image below highlights the macro details (using 12x and 24x magnification lenses) of the layers. In our lab investigation, we go a bit deeper and utilise petrographic examination of hardened concrete samples in thin sections - allowing us to "read between the layers".
