Enzymes-This semester, we conducted a lab to observe the enzyme catalase activity in potatoes. This lab really taught me something new because before I didn’t really know what a catalase was and what it does in terms of science. Watching the potato buildup was pretty cool because I didn’t really think that would happen. It was very interesting and gave me a better understanding of what a catalase is and what it does.
