Women are backbone of the family they are sweetest of creations of almighty with immense endurance, humbleness, kindness and courage in right form. “Among such thousands and lakhs of women where I stand I dont know “ when I asked this strong pillar of strength as I know her. My super powerful woman of the week -Rupali Pandey shares further “but somewhere in hearts of everyone i have made a place as women of love , generousity and patience”. Let’s sneak through Rupali Pandeys life as it comes & how beautifully her struggle has paved her path to such a confident amazing woman of today. Like any other woman Rupali had aspirations of touching the sky with lots of happiness and joy .She started her career as a hotelier and was on the verge of success in 1989 , but the craze of getting married to her so called Love , she left the job and chose education as a part and parcel of life. Rupali shares, “I grew continuously in my teaching profile as all I saw was teaching young minds with dedication and soon became headmistress of a well renouned school in gurgaon. But destiny didnt gave me an opportunity to move ahead in my career.There was always a vacuum in my heart that I could do much more in this field of education. Life had something else in store for me .I as a educationist always thought that there is something great in this field for me but I lost al my confidence , as i had a very bad marriage . The only relation in my life starting giving me more pain & recently after 23 years i got seperated from my spouse”. Further, Rupali Narrates ,” I am happy now as the sufferings of bad relationship are over. I wanted to make every super women of the society to realize to walk ahead with dignity.I did it .I chose to live independently & follow my educational profession pursuits”. “Here in my career I am really fortunate enough to serve specially-able children which now I realised it filled my vaccum . YES! here I am doing really something very noble & satisfying . I wanted to do just THIS. I am working with them presently in one of the Gurgaon schools which really gives me satisfaction and happiness “. Whenever I met Rupali I observed that she would be engrossed in taking care of special children & sharing her life with these young minds was the most healing factor of this DIVA. Rupali is also serving 2 NGOs of gurgaon and shaping the people to come out from their distress. She’s actively working for Deepashram too. She’s an active part of Bhrigushree Charitable Trust & takes a step ahead in all donation activities in Sukhmani drive for destitute & specially- abled children. When asked about how she spends leisure time my superwoman shares,”My passion is to write poems and verses in urdu.Very soon they will be published”. The theme in poems gives a lot of hope to people and by reading them they get encouraged.I also write blogs in facebook and people wait to hear or see them on daily basis. MY BLOGS are preferred 75000 times. I am also supporting a group of students who are promoting Rape Whistles to save our sisters and daughters . Rupali has written 2 books also on related subjects .
