The Son Bunyola Estate, a marvelous property on the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca, has been sold by Richard Branson almost 13 years ago, but a couple of months ago it returned to its rightful owner once again and now it’s even ready to welcome its first guests.

The Son Bunyola Estate covers over 700 acres of land, with the Tramuntana mountain range in the background and gorgeous views of the Mediterranean making sure all jaws will be dropped once visitors arrive here. Sure, the vines, citrus fruit trees, or the almond and olive trees are equally beautiful, but such scenery can only be enjoyed here.

First, Sa Punta de S’Aguila, or ‘Eagle’s Point’, is a charming five-bedroom villa built in traditional Mallorcan style. Featuring exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, this is where privacy and comfort meet with the most amazing panoramic views.
