Hot Bass Bake 1 2lb Bass 1 Habenero chili 1 Hungarian chili 2 Basket of Fire chilis Few sprigs of Rosemary 4-6 blades of chive 1/2 large white onion 2 c loves Garlic 1/2 stick butter Sea salt Black pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees Finely chop and unseed chili peppers. Finely chop onion, garlic, rose mary and chives. Saute and salt and pepper in butter in small pan until glazed. Let sit for a few minutes off heat and then pour the butter and saute int o a large ziplock bag. Put bass into ziplock bag with the saute and marinate for a 1/2 hour -1 hour. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on size of fillets. Oh...and one Stella Artois Belgian beer... ;) today's lunch brought to you by Michael thankyou mike
