Twitter's iOS app gets cool new features (pictures)
The latest version of Twitter for iPhone lets you easily post videos and create private group conversations.
Twitter for iPhone
The newest version of Twitter for iOS comes with new options for posting videos and private group conversations, but is slow to roll out to all users.
Home feed
As always, you can stay up-to-date with people you follow in the Home feed.
Tweet screen
Touch on an individual tweet to get an expanded window with more info.
Notifications
Check your notifications screen to see people who have followed you and replies to your tweets.
Check your stats
The Me section of the app shows your short bio, your latest tweets, and you can use tabs at the top to switch to all your tweeted photos and favorite posts.
Now with video
With new features that are slowly rolling out to all users, Twitter will let you shoot and post videos to your timeline. Just like in Vine, you can touch to record multiple clips and let go to stop.
Group direct messages
With new Group conversations, you can select up to 20 people with whom you can have a private conversation that doesn't show up in any other feed.
