FAAR Thrift Store Grand Opening, Episode #060718 The Pet Rescue Thrift Store started out on Iowa Avenue in the K-Mart Shopping Center. Then they moved to Central Avenue. Right across from The Riverside Plaza. They changed their name to the Foster Army Animal Rescue and are now located in the old Marcy Branch Library. They have come so far and the new store is amazing. Better location. More parking. A large selling floor. It's a win-win-win.
