Rob Lowe Injures Himself While Surfing, Posts a Shirtless Selfie to Tell Fans He's Okay!

Rob Lowe cut open his knee while surfing on Sunday (October 19), but the trip to the hospital didn’t seem to totally get him down!

“The amount of blood that can unwantedly come out of one’s body is amazing,” the 50-year-old former Parks and Recreation actor wrote on his Twitter account after writing, “My day so far. I will live. #SurfStitches”

He posted a picture of his knee getting stitched up by a doctor, before posting a shirtless photo with the caption, “SO sharky!”
