Let's start with the cleanliness of this restaurant. It was very clean. The owner was very nice. He had a wonderful inviting presence about him. Since beef & buns alias name was Mr. CATFISH, lets start with that since i chose the catfish dinner around 9.85. It was the cousin catfish called Swai. I do prefer freshwater filets. Swai has a slighter chewy texture. Beef & buns did a great job with the seasoning & freshness of the catfish. Even though the filets were cut into strips , the dinner portion was a lot of food. I grew up eating grandma's banana pudding & mustard potato salad. These two hit home for me and complimented the fish dinner well. The fried okra was a bit slimy inside, but that's my fault for not asking for it to be well done. In addition to food at this restaurant you can also buy affordable used cash cars.
