As I'm you you've heard by now, Deathloop is an absolute triumph. Arkane's latest time-bending adventure game has been getting rave reviews, with many hailing it as the first truly essential PlayStation 5 exclusive.

I've also had the pleasure of checking it out, and confirm it's a deliriously slick thrill-ride that all PlayStation 5 owners should definitely add to their budding collection.

One of the undeniable highlights of Deathloop is the rich and frequently hilarious performance from Jason Kelley, who plays the game's main character Colt. His one-liners and constant bafflement at the state of the game's world is a real delight, and Kelley brings the role to life with relish. Unfortunately, it seems the poor guy can't get hold of a PlayStation 5 to play his own damn game.

It's not a secret that PlayStation 5 consoles are in short supply. The pandemic took its toll on the production and distribution of new-gen consoles in a big way, and those diminished supplies have only been compounded by opportunistic scalpers buying up what stock there is and selling it on at inflated prices. Even now, nearly one year on from the launch of Sony's latest hardware, the PlayStation 5 is not an easy thing to find.
In a recent promotional video for Deathloop in which Kelley encouraged fans to get out there and buy the game, he also revealed that he, uh, doesn't have a PlayStation 5. When the star of a PlayStation 5 exclusive can't get a PlayStation 5, you know it's bad.
Maybe somebody at Bethesda or Sony could sort that out for the guy? I mean come on, it's the least you could do for him.
