Considered as one of the more famous automotive YouTubers and influencers, Supercar Blondie has played around the coolest vehicles in the planet. The Audi skypshere – the first of the three sphere concepts – is arguably a very cool study. As expected, Supercar Blondie was able to get behind the wheels of the Audi skysphere, and she was ecstatic about the futuristic experience.

Supercar Blondie Arrives At Audi's Driving Experience Center

Supercar Blondie (or Alex Hirschi in real life) along with Car Wars co-host Sergi Galiani was in Audi's driving experience and media center in Neuburg an der Donau for some futuristic experience. Then, a futuristic, low-slung driver-less vehicle approached the duo – a scene usually portrayed in movies. But this time around, all is real.

The duo have definitely heard about the Audi skysphere. It seems Audi needed more social media reach so they approached Supercar Blondie. They came to the right person as Supercar Blondie's social media reach is gigantic. Her YouTube channel has around 6.73 million subscribers, while her Instagram and Tiktoks accounts have 9.2 million around 7.4 million followers, respectively. Supercar Blondie's Facebook page is even more humongous with 42 million followers.

After a walkthrough of the dancing front lights and the lengthy doors, Supercar Blondie immediately went to the feature that excited her the most – the ability of the Audi skyphere to transform into two different cars. The experts at Audi designed the skysphere concept for two different driving experiences -- grand touring and sports -- and Alex demonstrated how that happens.

In "Sports" mode, the skypshere is a 4.94-meter (194.49 inches) long e-roadster that could be driven on the road. The wheelbase is reduced to ensure an agile driving experience.

But with a press of the button, the "Grand Touring" mode is activated, and the steering wheel and pedals are hidden from view. A sophisticated mechanism lengthens the wheelbase and the exterior length by 250 mm, transforming the skypshere into a 5.19-meter long (204.33 inches) GT. The seats are likewise moved rearwards to create a wide feeling of interior space.

In the Audi skypshere, Supercar Blondie was able to experience being a driver and a passenger without having to change seats or transfer to another car. While in the Grand Touring form, the skysphere chauffeured Alex and Sergi, as made possible by the fact that it is fully autonomous (Level 4 autonomy).

Supercar Blondie then engaged the environmentally sustainable skysphere into Sports mode, allowing her to experience the dynamics of the concept's 623 hp of pure electric power.
