Minnesota became the 23rd state to legalize medical marijuana
In 2014
After Governor Mark Dayton signed the Minnesota Medical Cannabis Act into law. This law made it possible to use marijuana to treat nine serious medical diseases.
In 2015
The Minnesota Medical Cannabis Act started the official registration and delivery of medical marijuana on prescription.
In 2022
If you have a prescription from the doctor, you can buy flowers, candies, and chews at the pharmacy according to Minnesota's Medical Cannabis Program and Registry.
