After the American Civil Liberties Union this week reported they are unable to find the parents of 545 migrant children separated, President Trump at the last presidential debate said “we’re working on it”. But as the Deputy Director of the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project, Lee Gelernt, points out, this task has fallen on groups like his.
