LOVE Grille

LOVE Grille was one of the few restaurants that caught my eye while headed to my gate; it is conveniently located in Terminal B. I was deeply interested once I saw options, the veggie burger, and cauliflower cheesesteak on the menu. However, it was not until I was in the process of placing my order that I took a liking to the broccoli grilled cheese & tomato sandwich which was what I ordered.

I have to say that I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the ordering screens, the floor, and the tables! So disgusted that I literally utilized a napkin just to order from the touch screen because it was filthy. It nearly made me reconsider ordering at LOVE Grille, but with hopes of receiving good food I went on with ordering.

My food came to me in a very timely manner. After cleaning the screen, as well as the table I was somewhat at ease. The French fries were good! Fresh, and seasoned well! However, the broccoli grilled cheese & tomato sandwich was not all that great. The bread was burnt! When I took notice of it my face froze, then I proceeded to just remove the broccoli, tomatoes, sriracha, cheddar, and provolone cheese.

The price we travelers pay to get good food! It is sad that the prices in airports are horrendous, on top of the food being mediocre at best. And I should not have to clean the eating area before even considering ordering at a restaurant. In places like this, there should be someone at least cleaning the areas because it will easily turn customers away.

With all experienced, I just cannot see myself ordering from LOVE Grille again when visiting Philadelphia, but do not let my experience discourage you from visiting.

Stopped here for some lunch. You can sit and order right from your seat.

I got the grilled chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was huge. Everything was hot. The meal was very good.

Staff were very friendly. I would eat here again.

Literally sat down didn't even get a chance to breathe after making it thru security. A pregnant woman whipping tables approached me and said I had to leave if I wasn't ordering anything. I explained to her that I had just sat down literally and didn't even get a chance to look at the menu. I was going to get an order but after this rude customer service experience I will wait until I get to Texas in 3 1/2 hours. No thank you No love here guys don't even bother!

I got the breakfast sandwich, it was alright but very expensive for the quality. Service was not great. Not a good pre-flight experience for me.

Place is horrible, service was awful and the staff is incredibly rude. I would highly recommend finding anywhere else to eat.

Phenomenal steak and eggs. Hats off. Well seasoned. Flavor was excellent. Coffee was good too. Definitely will eat here again!

Ok so termina B in philly airport First off but this is apparently all restaurants in this airport you have to order and pay through a qrcode Not a big issue if you have time But a total pita if you are in a hurry Onto the food Order a philly cheessteak Yes I know i am on a airport But meat was dryer to the bone No flavor Have had a better cheesesteak in los angeles at a subway Chairs bolted to the floor Very annoying The other items may be worthwhile But this cheesesteak as a major dissappintment

Erin is fabulous! Great spot in the airport. Super helpful and friendly. Good and drinks good coffee po!

I'm traveling to Puerto Rico for work and got stuck here in Philly because the plane landed late for my connecting flight so I was hungry and ate these pancakes for breakfast and they were alright it is the airport and everybody just coming thru

I never write yelp reviews and I hope I am remembering her name correctly but Erin (pretty lady with bleach blonde hair) is such a great bartender and an overall amazing person. She was so sweet while serving me and helping me pay and she even went out of her way to walk me to my terminal because I was about to go in the wrong direction lol. There should be more people like her in this world. The food was amazing and the chef was so sweet as well and wished me a safe flight home. Every single employee at this establishment was very nice and accommodating to me. I would say i'll be back soon but it was a layover lol. Next time i'm at the Philly airport i'm going to this place for sure though! Thank you everyone

Tasty craft cocktails and the food was great. It's nice that they have vegetarian options. I stopped on both of my trips!
