Former President Donald Trump furiously defended his health care policy in a typo-ridden rant posted to his Truth Social platform Tuesday.

Among other things, Trump appeared to disavow the idea that he and the Republican Party would repeal the Affordable Care Act, which was a massive point of controversy during Trump's term as president as efforts to get rid of it ended in failure.

Instead, he posted, he would work to improve it — despite previously vowing that he would replace it in a second term.

"I’m not running to terminate the ACA, AS CROOKED JOE BUDEN [sic] DISINFORMATES [sic] AND MISINFORMATES [sic] ALL THE TIME," Trump wrote in the post which was riddled with spelling errors.

"I’m running to CLOSE THE BORDER, STOP INFLATION, MAKE OUR ECONOMY GREAT, STRENGTHEN OUR MILITARY, AND MAKE THE ACA, or OBAMACARE, AS IT IS KNOWN, MUCH BETTER, STRONGER, AND FAR LESS EXPENSIVE."

"IN OTHER WORDS, MAKE THE ACA MUCH, MUCH, MUCH BETTER FOR FAR LESS MONEY (OR COST) TO OUR GREST [sic] AMERICAN CITIZENS, WHO HAVE BEEN DECIMATED BY BIDEN, HIS RECORD INFLATION, BAD ECONOMY, AFGHANISTAN CATASTROPHE, AND JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE," he continued. "CROOKED JOE BIDEN IS, BY FAR, THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES!"

He concluded his rant by typing, "MAGA2024."

Trump's post was likely a response to a newly released Biden campaign ad that highlighted the former president's efforts to repeal the landmark 2010 law, which among other things guaranteed coverage to people with pre-existing conditions, gave people subsidies to purchase insurance, and expanded Medicaid to cover millions of people.
